About us:

*We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager Intern to help support our sales team as we manage incredible growth and new vertical expansion. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence for our E-commerce solution.
The main tasks that a Sales Operations Manager Intern will undertake:
1. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
2. Developing and maintaining weekly and monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
3. Assisting with the onboarding and training process of the Sales Team.
4. Coach and mentor junior members of the team.
5. Identify and make recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Positions Open: There is a requirement for 2 candidates but the count can go to even 5 if we find the best and worthy candidates during the recruitment process.

Compensation: The compensation from the internship is based upon the performance of the team i.e. the number of successful sales that the team completes. The intern will receive 5% of the total sales of the team.
Eligibility Criteria: Any Post Graduate or Undergraduate Student (candidates with prior experience in sales preferred)
Selection Process: Pre Placement Talk followed by Personal Interview.
Duration: The duration of the internship is of 10-12 weeks and can be adjusted based upon the academic calendar.

*We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented Business Development Intern with excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills.
The main tasks that a Business Development Intern will undertake:
1. Prospecting potential customers/businesses who can benefit from an E-commerce solution: by phone, by email or physically
2. Selling our E-commerce solution to those clients.
3. Managing the sales process.
4. Follow-up of sales.
5. Promoting the company and its other services.
Positions Open: There is a requirement for 15 candidates but the count can go to even 20 if we find the best and worthy candidates during the recruitment process.
