MCN will provide training to the selected students and only performing candidates will be offered full-time jobs. We would have 3 years contract with candidates.

We are expecting to screen only those students who will be completing MCA by 2023. Here is the expectation from students –

1. Excellent communication skills and personality.
2. Good knowledge of basic concepts e.g. programming logic, database concepts, etc. Knowledge of Web 3, .NET, C#, Blazor, SQL Server, CSS, and JavaScript will be an added advantage.
3. Responsible, accountable, and self-motivated.

Here is the detail –

1. All candidates are required to be present at the Noida office during the internship and employment period.
2. The internship program duration will be of 3-4 months depending upon the different tech stacks. MCN shall define who will be engaged in which tech stack.
3. Candidates have to be engaged with MCN for at least 3 years after the internship program is completed. The official contract will be signed before the internship period would start. The contract will be starting once they will be consumed as a full-time employee.
4. The remuneration of the candidate would be –
   1. During the internship period, candidates will be given 10,000 Rs. per
   2. During the 1st year of employment, candidates will be given 25,000/- Rs. as a monthly salary.
   3. During the 2nd year of employment, candidates will be given 40,000 Rs. as a monthly salary.
   4. During the 3rd year of employment, candidates will be given 60,000/- Rs as a monthly salary.
