Roles and Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer queries/concerns via chat and back-office channels promptly and accurately, adhering to agreed SLAs.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customers.
• Maintain queue levels in alignment with SLA targets.
• Achieve operational targets and ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BT systems and processes.
• Highlight issues affecting customer satisfaction to relevant teams and suggest best practices.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Essential Skills:
• Excellent English verbal and written language skills along with good typing (minimum 40 speed) and multi-tasking skills.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

• Good cross-cultural awareness to be able to effectively communicate with UK customers.

Hiring Process:
1. Online AMCAT Test: Virtual process (~10 Mbps internet required for smooth assessments).
2. SVAR Test: Virtual process for candidates clearing the AMCAT test.
3. Personal Interview: Final round, conducted either on-campus or at BT office (in-person).
4. Results shared by the next day of the drive.
Technical Requirements for Online Assessment:
• Internet speed: ~10 Mbps for 100 candidates.
