•Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Admissions, Consultancy, Insurance, or EdTech
•Strong verbal communication skills in regional languages along with Hindi or English

📝 Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Target Achievement:
• Generate leads through various channels
• Achieve monthly admission targets (15 admissions)
2. Effective Communication:
• Engage with students and parents to explain program benefits
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding admissions and placements
3. Sales & Partnerships:
• Facilitate MOUs with schools, colleges, and universities
• Build relationships with educators, influencers, and community leaders
4. Travel & Counseling:
• Travel as needed for student and parent counseling sessions
5. Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions

🔹 Skills Required:
✔️ Strong verbal communication in Hindi/English and regional languages
✔️ Persuasive skills with storytelling ability

✔️ Sales or customer service experience (preferred)

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✔️ Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

🎯 Interview Process:

  1. Round 1: Pre-Placement Talk
  2. Round 2: Test or Group Discussion (GD)
  3. Round 3: HR Round or Personal Interview (PI)
