Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum – Non engineering graduate / post graduate such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com etc (that is students except from engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech /ME/ Mtech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/ Data Science/ Computer Science & Applications)- any year of passout till 2024

– No active backlogs during application and onboarding.
– Degree must be completed in the stipulated duration with no gaps.
– Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
– Should not have more than 11 months of experience.
– Eligible to work in India by citizenship or relevant work permit documents.
– Flexible to work across different time zones/shifts and willing to relocate to any Accenture office across India.

Key Responsibilities:
– Infra Managed Services:
– Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
– Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
– Identify ways to improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
– Manage and govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.
– Application/Cloud Support:
– Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
– Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.
– Project Control Services:
– Enable program management and increase the overall quality of Technology Delivery.
– Support projects by tracking and managing project management office activities.
– Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables.
– Low/No Code App Development:
– Develop applications using a low-code development platform.
– Research and analyze internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them.
– Quality Engineering:
– Create test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
– Design testing scenarios for usability testing and prepare reports related to software testing.
Application Process:
1. Online Assessments:
– Mock Assessment: A 10-minute mandatory practice assessment.
– Assessment #1: Cognitive Assessment: 50 questions in 50 minutes on English ability, Critical thinking, Problem solving, and Abstract Reasoning.
– Assessment #2: Cognitive & Technical Assessment: 90 questions in 90 minutes covering Cognitive and Technical skills including MS Office, Pseudocode, Networking, and Security.
– Assessment #3: Communication Assessment: 30 minutes assessing Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Pronunciation.
2. Interviews:
– Conducted based on the assessment results.
