Key Responsibilities:
– Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications using business requirements.
– Understand business drivers that impact performance and deliver software to meet those expectations.
– Incorporate technology trends into solutions and participate in developing automation solutions, new functionality, and technologies.
– Resolve incidents and support customers through voice interaction, email, chat, and remote support.

– Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
– Versatile with the aptitude to learn and apply new skills quickly.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in verbal and communication skills.
– Ability to deliver code on time and with quality, participating in peer reviews.

Preferred Skills:
– Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis.
– Experience or knowledge in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com applications.
– Good working knowledge of J2EE and full-stack development.
– Knowledge and development experience with .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
– Test automation engineering experience.
Assessment Process:
– Mock Assessment: 20-minute practice assessment to ensure proper setup.
– Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment: 90 minutes including questions on English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, abstract reasoning, common application, MS Office, pseudocode, networking fundamentals, security, and cloud.
– Assessment #2: Coding Assessment: 45 minutes with 2 questions in C, C++, .NET, Java, or Python.
– Assessment #3: Communication Assessment: Approximately 30 minutes evaluating sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
Interviews:
– Based on the assessment results, selected candidates will be invited for interviews.
