An X-ray technician, also known as a radiologic technologist, performs X-ray exams and operates imaging equipment to create diagnostic images of the body. Their responsibilities include:
\n1. Preparing patients: Explaining the test to patients and positioning them for the exam
\n2. Operating equipment: Setting up the X-ray equipment and adjusting it to ensure clear images
\n3. Acquiring images: Performing radiological procedures on various parts of the body, including the chest, spine, and extremities
\n4. Reporting results: Sending the images to other medical providers and interpreting the results
\n5. Making recommendations: Based on the X-ray results, the technician may make treatment recommendations
\n6. Ensuring safety: Protecting patients from radiation and ensuring they are comfortable
\n7. Maintaining equipment: Keeping the equipment in good working order and performing routine maintenance
\n8. Updating records: Keeping track of patient records and updating them with relevant information
\n9. Stocking supplies: Inventorying and stocking films and radiologic supplies
\n10. Involve in teaching and training program internal or external.
\n11. Perform any other work if given by the management<\/p>\n

A pathology lab technician’s job is to perform laboratory tests to help diagnose medical patients. Their responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
1. Testing: Collecting, labeling, and processing samples, such as blood, urine.
\n2. Analyzing: Performing tests on samples to analyze them
\n3. Recording: Recording data and results from tests and experiments
\n4. Reporting: Reporting test results to a team leader or physician
\n5. Maintaining: Maintaining laboratory equipment, including cleaning, recalibrating, and ordering supplies
\n6. Safety: Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized lab environment
