Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play critical role in driving the growth by identifying new business opportunity, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall business strategy. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking and attending industry events.
• Calling and Cold Calling: Conduct regular calls and cold calls to pitch to customers, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy: develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence.
